Welcome to Mrs. Kuan's Web site!

 I am Mrs. Kuan and I will be teaching Math (Geometry and Mathematical Models) this year. I am originally from Taiwan where I got my bachelor degree in Youth and Child Welfare. I came to United States in 2001 to study for a master degree in the University of Texas in San Antonio. As a math teacher, I would like to teach my students use different learning strategies to solve math problems. I believe that every student can find their ways to learn better if they have good support and right attitudes.

 Students will receive positive educational experience. The classroom will be well organized, and they will feel well cared for while they are in it. I will not only teach math, but I will also share with students some life skills and secrets that will help them succeed in the future world.

 I am looking forward to being your teacher this year. Relax. Math is not as hard as you think.
