Field/Travel Release Form
Academy of Careers & Technologies offers its students education opportunity through field trips to various locations in and outside of the city of San Antonio.
I, the undersigned, give my child permission to participate in said trips. I understand that Academy of Careers & Technologies Charter High School is not liable for any injury, less and/or damage that may occur during the trip. I am also aware that no alcohol, tobacco, illegal substances or weapons are allowed on said trips:
